I highly recommend this salon!!! The staff is simply incredible…very knowledgeable and professional…and the salon is warm and welcoming!!! I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough!! She has cut my hair for literally YEARS!! She stays informed on all the latest styles and trends. Kelly patiently listens to what your vision is for your hair, explains what is involved in maintaining that look, and if you have hair suitable to a style. I have very difficult, curly and sometimes frizzy hair, but Kelly recommends styles and products that help to tame it. I actually get tons of compliments and always say “it’s my stylist and the right products!!” Kelly cuts, colors (both hi-lights and low-lights) and styles my hair. I love it!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!

I had an awful experience at Studio 3 in KC! It was almost double what I’ve paid at other salons, and Kelly, the stylists, chopped my hair off and only put in about 15 highlights! She didn’t blow dry or style my hair either. After I got home and dried it myself, I then realized my hair didn’t look different at all, just 3 inches shorter (when I only wanted a couple centimeters off) I called to see if I could get it fixed that night. Not only was she not willing to fix it or give me a refund, but she was so rude and hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend going here! By far the worst service I’ve ever had!
