If I could rate a zero, I would. This company came to town asked people to buy packages and then closed up. The packages are not cheap. Took the money and ran. Absolutely no refunds. They promised to transfer credits from the Sterling Heights location to the Troy location which is also closed. These people are crooks. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.

The sauna and stretch is very nice except for one big factor…the music and the instructor on the headset for the fitness classes are so ridiculously loud it completely takes away any type of relaxation you should get from the experience. The concept is great, the execution is not.
