The woman that cut my hair was very sweet however, the environment was very unprofessional and not very clean. I asked for some longer layers( and I know longer layers aren’t going to be much cut off) but I feel like I walked out with just some curls and my hair looks no different. I wanted to keep the length and add some layers for dimension to my hair but very little and I mean very little was cut off, and was charged more than I should have been for how much was cut. I will not be returning.

Last Aug, they took us in on a Sunday for a beach and hair color when no one else would. So we came back for a trim and hair color, and Samantha did an amazing job. My kid loves it and has been smiling since we left the place. Will definitely go back.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueDo not go to the Asian stylist (she never said her name) I had a blowout scheduled with her. The first problem was that she did not shampoo my hair all the way, it was still greasy/oily at the top, but I didn’t say anything. There is a difference between blow drying hair, and getting a blowout, she had no idea the difference even though she scheduled me for a blowout. While she was doing my hair, as nice as possible I told her the way that I liked it done (I was noticing she was doing it so incorrectly). I tried to sweetly tell her how I liked it, she caught a huge attitude and started rolling her eyes, being rude and giving attitude. I told her she didn’t have to do my hair if she was going to be rude. Then she tells me that she has never done a blowout before. WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING MY HAIR IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN WHAT IM ASKING FOR? And then for her to be rude was even worse, if you don’t know how to do something, save us both the time and save me the money by telling me. She was incredibly rude and I had to leave with soaking wet hair. Do not go to the Asian stylist (she never said her name) I had a blowout scheduled with her. The first problem was that she did not shampoo my hair all the way, it was still greasy/oily at the top, but I didn’t say anything. This was the best hair salon ever!! The ladies inside are so sweet and attentive. The prices were very very good. And the haircut I got is probably the best one I’ve ever gotten. If you are searching for a salon in the area definitely try this one, you will not regret that decision.
