I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding last Friday and I couldn’t have been happier. Ashley helped me book the appointment and was very helpful/responsive throughout the process. She was also the one who did my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out perfect. She made sure I loved it. Katie did my makeup. I don’t wear much makeup on a daily basis and I told her I wanted a more natural look. I showed her a picture as well and she did exactly what I wanted. She was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. I absolutely loved how everything turned out. I did a hair and makeup trial a couple of weeks prior to ensure everything would look how I wanted. The only downside was that the trial is full price but it was definitely worth it to feel comfortable going into my wedding day.

The nicest and friendliest! I called last minute to get lashes applied for a wedding I was attending in town. Hannah was so helpful to schedule me in between existing clients with Jamie, who was so quick and thorough. She did a great job with my lashes. My husband had to get a last minute touch up done and I couldn’t find an Uber or Lyft to get back to my hotel to get ready. Hannah drove me home after her shift!!!!! SUCH a nice gesture that was so appreciated. Such good service. 10:10 recommend!!!

My daughter turned 6 today and wished for a salon day. My wife, daughter and sister in law went and had a great experience at Strands. The ladies were extremely nice and the salon was clean and comfortable, they loved their hair and nails. We will be back!

Be prepared to wait past your scheduled time, but sip on a glass of wine and stroll around their small shop in the mean time. Staff is friendly and services are reasonably priced. While my last experience wasn’t what I had expected and my hair did not turn out as discussed in my consultation, the final product looks great.

All of the employees were rude, unhelpful, and many looked unprofessional. My stylist did not color or cut my hair at all how I wanted it. Scheduling the appointment was nearly impossible too. I never would go here again and definitely recommend other salons over it. Unprofessional.
