Paid for 1 hour massage which is more than the usual places I go but I was already here. First of all I was told I had to take everything off to get a massage when I refused and said I would rather leave she said it was ok. The massage was ok nothing that stands out. I looked at my phone before and after and only got about 45 minutes of the 1 hour I paid and she did step out for like 5 minutes to attend the front and answer a call. All of this is ok and not a big deal, but when it was over she left to the front to wait for me and even before I reached the front she started asking me for tips. I already felt I overpaid but I was still considering it, then she started asking for specific amounts and saying I have to leave a tip for the hardworking girl. Then saying its like everywhere else you pay for the service and then pay for the person. She kept insisting that I had to leave at least $10 tip but at this point there was no way that was going to happen. I politely stood my ground and refused, she then ripped the reciept away and ranted on and told me to just leave.

I’ve been here several times this month with Abby and Jessica and have been completely satisfied with their excellent service! They offer such reasonable prices without even having to use coupons of any type. It is only $48 for a 1-hour massage and $72 for a $90-minute massage. That’s almost as cheap as you can get get in Mexico but a lot cleaner, and they take much better care of you!

Critical: QualityThe worst massage I have ever received! The lady who did my massage did not know what she was doing! I feel worse than when I went in. First time here and it did not disappoint. Minnie Castillo was my massage therapist and she is amazing very knowledgable knew exactly what I needed was attentive to insure I was taken care of. I appreciate the fast service, as I did not have an appointment at the time. I am from out of town and for sure will stop by every time I am in the area!

I really recommend Lucky Foot Reflexology and Mine Castillo in particular, I went to get a massage and walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She treated me with respect and very professional. I definitely plan on going back to get my massage with her!!! She was amazing!!

Clean place, polite massage therapist. However, she was on her phone during my massage almost the whole time! How is that possible you ask? Well I only got the foot massage and she would use one hand to rub and the other was operating the phone! Very aggravating!! Then when she was done I asked to add a $5 tip even though I felt it was unsatisfactory and she acted angry when I said to add $5!! Really??

We bought a Groupon and they refused to honor it. I called to schedule an appointment and the person on the phone told me that the Groupon was only good during the mornings of the weekday, and no other time. She refused to schedule me on a Saturday, and said it would be full price for a massage, even though we had the Groupon. Nothing on the Groupon said that it was limited to weekday mornings when we purchased it. I showed up to try get a massage, and the same lady I spoke with on the phone told me I needed to pay up front.
