The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had made an appointment for a 12:00 for my brother and myself for a shave and a haircut a week earlier. We arrived early to check in and the person front desk who I had spoken to prior to coming said that we were not on the schedule then remaking that he did remember talking to me. Around 12:20 the person at the front desk handed us his personal phone and said it was our Barber, said Barber proceeded to tell us that he would not be in until 2:00 and wanted to see if we wanted to make an appointment for then he aslo didn’t apologize for being late or the inconvenience, we said no because we had other things to do. All in all a very disappointing experience if I could give no stars and was still allowed to post something I would.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAwesome owners…..not only did my 3 boys (12, 11 and 10) get the best haircuts they have had to date, but the staff was super friendly to them and us….. they totally pumped my little men up.. ..my kids left looking good and feeling cool and good about themselves. Highly recommend!!!

I asked for the sides to cover the top of my ears and for the back to be just above the collar. It is totally unclear to me what happened. There are several possibilities. He didn’t listen. He didn’t understand. He thought that his “signature cut” would be better for me. He didn’t have the skills to do what I asked. No matter why, one thing is for sure. The cut I received wasn’t what I asked for. Very, very short on the sides. Very short in the back. Very long on top. Didn’t detect my natural part. In short this was a disaster. Without question the worst hair cut of my adult life. There are a lot of positive reviews here. I’m thinking if you like your hair cut very short, this might be a great place for you. The whole time he was cutting my hair he was telling me how much my wife would like my new hair cut. Actually, she didn’t like it at all. She likes my hair cut the way I asked for it to be cut, and so do I. Good thing we’re in a COVID shut down and I’ve basically been hibernating at home. We did get a good laugh out of it and it will grow back, eventually. Be careful if you like your hair cut longer. This might not be the place for you.
