This place really depends on who you get, what you get… and the weather. I’ve gone here and had a pretty awesome experience with Trouble. She listens, jokes, and just makes you feel welcomed and important. My friend really prefers Ben to do her nails. Today I had Julie… I just get regular dip nails (no extensions, no designs, usually not even two colors cause ya girls broke). First off she picked up the wrong color. Now I know that it was somewhat my responsibility to tell her it was the wrong color but I also was in denial and have anxiety lol. Then she’s filing my nails and keeps looking around. She was way more focused on everyone else and caught my cuticles several times (literally I have 3 sores on a singular nail). The shaping was also crooked and she did not buff them down smoothly. I really try to be easy going because I understand that it’s a lot of work but I just felt like unappreciated. I would love to tip these ladies for the awesome work they do, but I didn’t even want to pay for these.

I love going to Nails by Hannah. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with a friendly “hi, welcome in what can we do for you?” Other places have made me feel like a bother to them, but not at Hannah’s. No matter who does my pedicure I’m always more than satisfied when I leave. Highly recommend giving them a try, I would be safe to say you’ll love your time there too!

while the staff was very nice when i went, a bit touchy to a point where it made me slightly uncomfortable, the woman doing my nails cut every single one of my fingers. she chalked it up to my nails being ingrown, but they were most certainly not. not only did she do this, she took off most of the length of my natural nails when i told her i wished to keep it due to me growing them out for so long. i still paid a full price for the service and tip despite my fingers being covered in blood as i walked up to the cash register.

This is absolutely the best salon in town. The nails are stunning! The staff is warm caring and polite. The entire shop has a good positive vibe as soon as you enter. Your greeted with a friendly hello and eagerness to help you. The prices are beyond fair for the quality. I will never go to another salon again. If your thinking of getting nails done by a professional, look no further. Visiting Nails by Hannah is truly a top of the line experience!
