I am so disturbed right now, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. I purchased hair from Stop Hair Wars Boutique back in July. I’m finally ready to wash the hair for my first install and on everything I love, the hair literally just shriveled up. I haven’t put any product on it yet, I simply wet the hair to add shampoo and it’s shriveled up and matted!!!!!!! It’s fresh out the package it came in at that. Livid is an understatement. I now have to cancel my hair appointment for Friday, because where am I gonna get hair from before then???? Beyond unacceptable. Like there’s no way in hell water alone should make hair shrivel up like this. I just wanted to wash the bundles before the install. Something told me not to order the hair but here we are. Never again. Lesson all the way learned.

If you want excellence then visit Ms. Shay at StopHairWars. So I’m not a wig wearer. I’ve purchased many however all bad experiences. I went here and I got a traditional sew in and it was great! Shay convinced me that even though I had bad wig experiences I should try hers, so for my next appt I did. This was the best wig I’ve ever purchased. Not to mention Ms Shay is all about hair care. I didn’t have to come washed and blown dry like a lot of these new unprofessional places (u paying $300-$800 for hair and they want you to come washed and pressed) ♀️ anyway. Shay’s customer service was excellent. She washed and hydrated my hair before my install. I was so pleased with my wig and install that I will definitely purchase again. Thanks Shay for hooking a sister up for my Bday!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my hair done here and I loved my hair. A stylist canceled on me last minute and i needed somewhere to get my hair done for my bday. I was Hey able to purchase bundles and get my hair done here. My hair looked absolutely amazing!!! The salon is beautiful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I really appreciated how they have hand sanitizer at the front door. They take your temperature and practice social distancing, which was a huge plus to me with everything going on! The salon was very clean and all of their staff was so friendly and professional. They even offered me snacks and drinks. I highly recommend. I will be back. I got my hair done here and I loved my hair. A stylist canceled on me last minute and i needed somewhere to get my hair done for my bday. I was Hey able to purchase bundles and get my hair done here. I decided to take time out my day to personally write a review on Shayla (the owner of the salon) and her beautiful establishment. Shayla has been doing my hair for YEARS! My hair is always done with care and quality! Shayla is very professional and very nice. She has no problem working with my busy scheduling and accommodating me at all. I want to add that I always follow the rules and book the way I’m suppose to. I always talk to Shayla and the people at her establishment with respect and that’s all I ever received back. I personally witness how nasty some of these women are in the beauty industry and shay always carries herself with class and she’s not money hungry like most of the young stylist out here.
