Amy is fantastic! I am not one to get massages often, but Amy has been incredible every time I have been there. She helped me with a back issue my last time out to which is helping so much! I learned of Stillpoint because my wife has been going to Adam for nearly ten years (FYI she loves him too!) and I went with her to one of her massages. I can’t recommend either Amy or Adam highly enough. They are incredible and I am grateful to have started going to Stillpoint.

Adam is absolutely amazing! I have been going to him for years and refuse to go to anyone else. I have back issues and also work out frequently which causes a ton of tightness and other issues. He uses various techniques and modalities based on what’s going on and it’s always exactly what I need! I feel amazing every time I walk out. I highly recommend Adam!

First time at this spa. Nice staff. We did a 90 minute couples massage so it was nice to be in the same room relaxing together. Masks or proof vaccination required, you can take it off when facing down. Elijah and Ethan both did a great job, hot towels was the best part! Feel much more relaxed now! I do recommend them!

I haven’t had a service in many years and I felt very comfortable during my massage and facial. My massage therapist, Keith, was excellent! I told him where I was sore, which was my upper shoulders and neck and he was able to find all the spots where I was tight. I left Essentials Retreat Day Spa feeling relaxed and restored. Liliana who did my facial was very kind and friendly and I enjoyed every scent that was used during my facial. EVERYTHING smelled amazing! My job has required back-breaking work the past two weeks..I went in feeling stiff & sore and came out feeling great. It was my first time at this business. My masseuse was Amy, and it was the BEST massage I have ever had! I told her my problem areas, and she focused on those in addition to the rest of my torso. She has magic hands, and found all my tight muscles. Highly recommended her and this spa!

He took his time and was completely professional. He made me feel comfortable and joked with me ensuring I was enjoying my first massage. Definitely would go back.
