First time coming to the salon, I went in for a balayage and left with brown and orange chunky highlights? I came in with about 3 inches of natural growth with about 7 inches of black box dye and then about 3 inches of my last balayage. I spoke to my stylist and showed her what I want, she in return said she could get me to a copper as I had the black box on my mid shaft. She even showed me a picture of her idea which looked great…. I was there for 4 hours, she asked me about a trim and i said a light dusting as I liked my current haircut and style, I no longer have that now. She gave me a mirror and showed me the back and i mentioned my concerns and she said she could cut more off; Um NO. I prefer the balayage because it grows out so flawlessly and I don’t have to keep the color maintenance up when my roots grow. They are now a reddish-brown and I am going to have deal with a line of demarcation again. I spent way too much money for my hair to look like this. I called up there this morning to get a refund and was told no but someone could fix my hair but not for 6 days. I work in an office; I do not want to show my hair in public. I waited 6 months to get this service done and all that wait of growing out the black was just for nothing. My hair looks horrible, 4 hours of my time and her time were wasted. I wasted a lot of money that I can’t get back or afford to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed now. My stylist was so friendly and nice, but I absolutely regret getting my hair done.
