Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityFor the past several weeks my family has been attempting to get haircuts. At first it was appointment only but they wouldn’t answer their phone. If you won’t answer your phone you can make the appointment. Now they say no appointments and walk ins only. Have tried several times this week. There’s a 2 or more hour long wait. Not gonna happen. Then today was the final straw for me. I walked in at about 4:45. There was a free stylist. But was told they were closing at 5 and would not take me in as a customer. This is ridiculous fantastic Sam’s is always open late. There is no sign stating closing at 5. The people who are there just give excuses. How about trying to fix the problems. In my opinion this place needs to just shut down. Absolutely nothing like what I wanted asked before she cut it if she could do the hair cut from the picture I took in and this was what I got it had so many lengths it was awful

Good haircut but extremely slow service. One person ahead of me and I waited 45 minutes. I had a simple cut. No shampoo or blow dry and that was an additional 35 minutes. This was because of constant talking and no cutting at the same time.

Mallory did an absolutely terrible job on my hair. The fade was uneven and jagged and the way she did it I couldn’t tell from looking from the front; however, when I got home I was able to look at the cut on the sides and back and unfortunately had to go pay another stylist at a different salon to fix my hair. I paid Mallory the 15$ she charged me and tipped her 5$ making this the worse 20$ mans haircut I have ever in my life had. I am not happy at all and quite frankly I want my money back.

Was good until Cynthia left. Was told there was 3 people in front of me including the 2 already seated and that it would be an hour to get a haircut. Waited an hour and then they had someone else magically in front of me. They spend too much time gossiping and not “styling” hair.

Super pleased with my experiences here. My hair looks great. My grandson loves the girl who does his hair. My boyfriend (ex Navy) likes to get in and out quickly with little chatty chat. The whole family is happy.

Worst hair cut and style I ever got! Had to come home and trim big hunks of hair she just missed. Took forever to cut and style she put so much product in it couldn’t get a comb through it. Had to wash it out! I think she must have been high on weed!

I was just there I said none off the top and well she took off the top also smelled of cigs. I said none off the top because I wanted a perm later and well I can’t do that now and I’m vary upset with the service. 100% recommend you go somewhere else if you care about your appearance. You should go to a place where they show there licensing. I work with people and I don’t even want to leave my home.
