Critical: Professionalism, QualityEDIT IN RESPONSE TO SALONS REPLY- I was not, not have ever had my hair burgundy. I went in with level 9-10 BLONDE and was wanting to go darker. I wish i could attached the photos i took during this entire mess to show.I had an appointment with Stephani and showed her my inspo picture and told her i wanted a ginger/auburn color. I know inspo photos are just that, inspiration, and that her attempt would be exact, but i expected something atleast similar. Everything was going great but when she finished my hair was a pink/red and not close to the color i wanted. She was completely willing to fix it and said it would be no problem to remove and redo, since she used a semi color, which i had already told her my hair won’t hold on to. I clarified to her that my hair absolutely could not do bleach, she told me “No problem, it’s just a color remover” which i later found out was bleach just with a low developer. I left with my hair feeling like straw and had a lot of breakage, which was obvious because it took her over 20 minutes to brush(she literally couldn’t brush the knots out) it out and blow dry due to the damage, but she didn’t even tell me about it.After one wash the color washed out almost completely. Again Stephanie was completely willing to correct it, and said she would use a permanent color this time and provided me with some hair masks to repair my hair.So i go in and i tell her the color the second time was ok, i just wanted something darker then my blonde with the copper/auburn/ginger vibes. I left blonde with minimal, barely noticeable low lights, it was pretty but essentially what i started with. Again it was nothing like i wanted but i was tired of her damaging my hair and not even attempting my requests. She was kind in her attempts to correct the mess ups but after 3x it was obvious she wasn’t going to be able to achieve what i wanted.
