Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was really excited to book with Kelly for the first time. Her reviews were great and it looks like she is on point with her studio from the pictures she has shared. The bummer part is, she is impossible to book with and communication is poor. I have contacted her multiple times for my first appointment before I got an automated reply back from Vagaro. I ended up having to reschedule, which I attempted to do about 6 days ahead of time. I finally got ahold of her the day before my first appointment to let her know I would need to push it out. I have since tried rebooking and have contacted her via text 3 times (which she instructed me to do when we finally spoke on the phone for the reschedule), called and left a message once and also tried booking through her Vagaro page.I’m assuming she’s very busy and not looking for new clientele, which is a great place to be in, however being clear with communication is key because at some point she will need to rebuild her client base.I was really excited to book with Kelly for the first time.
