Jade is PHENOMENAL!! Stem was recommended to me in a facebook group and I just happened to get Jade for my first appointment. I told her what I wanted and that it was for my wedding in March and she went above and beyond to give me my dream wedding hair. The 2nd lightening appointment I had I told I was only able to spend so much that time knowing I probably wouldn’t be able to go as bright as I wanted with that. Boy was I wrong. Jade cleared 2 hours to work on my hair and strategically placed the color to get as bright as I wanted, making it look blended well with the wedding hairstyle I will have, and all within my budget. She showed my really good products, talked through how they worked and what they did, and didn’t pressure me at all when I said I wasn’t sure if I was going to get it or not.

A bit of a wait, but it’s worth it! Hairstylist and receptionist friendly and on top of things. They offered complimentary refreashments, and the atmosphere is beautiful to look at while you are waiting. The haircut is to satisfaction, and it makes me feel fresh, beautiful, and confident. The cut was a little choppy, but i did have gel and other products in my hair. We didn’t pay for a wash, so it wasn’t the hairdressers fault about the result.
