He also threw in some hand cream as a Christmas gift, which I thought was very sweet. I overheard him telling another customer that they are open Christmas Eve, so if you’re ever looking for a spot that is, try here! He also threw in some hand cream as a Christmas gift, which I thought was very sweet. I thought I’d try them since they’re one of the cheaper end salons. All I can say is, you get what you pay for, they barely have any rhinestones and diamonds so If you’re extra like me, don’t come here. If you want just a regular gel mani this is your spot! I payed $75 bucks for my acrylic with French. The quality of my nails were bumpy and the V French was uneven. They didn’t have the rhinestones I wanted so I had to hold off on it and go to a different salon.

It’s close to my job, it’s been awhile since I had my nails done! I walked in and asked for a natural gel set. He looked at me weirdly, so I said if you don’t know what I want I don’t need you to do my nails. I should have left. But then a lady came out from the back, so I let her do my nails. I should have left! Worst set of nails I Ever Had! I had them done on Thursday AND on Saturday two of them peeled away! AND SQUARE means SQUARE ⬛⬜

I went to Star Nails on Wednesday (5/11) and had gel polish put on my acrylics. My thumb nail chipped on Thursday (5/12) so I went in to get it repaired. My thumb and pointer chipped on Friday (5/13) so I went in on Saturday (5/14) to get it repaired again. Then it chipped again on Sunday (5/15). Since this was the 3rd time I went in to get them fixed I just wanted the gel polish removed completely. I called them and told them that and they said to come on in. When I got there they said they couldn’t remove the gel polish and that they could only repair it. I paid for a service which was extremely lackluster and then they refused to do what I, the customer, wanted and refused to do their actual job. I would not recommend going here if you want good customer service.

I live nearby, decided 2 hours after I left, to go back and get pedicure done. The woman did it this time . She was great too! They each took their time and were nice and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is one of the worst nail shops I had every been at in my 30years. I was looking for a different shop to go to so I try them. I wasn’t going to get the gel polish but they talk me into it because they said it would last longer and it didn’t it started to chip the first week and also one of my nails just fell off as if it was one of those glued on nails that you buy at the store. He was suppose to fix it and something came up with a family emergency my dad passing away ….when I ask if I can just come next week and just get the balance and he fix that one nail for free then he said no its not his problem and I would have to pay to get that one nail repair becauseI could not come today. Ladies please don’t waste your money on this nail shop they charge you too much and do a awful job and it looks dirty in there.
