Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI arrived there an hour before they closed yesterday (7/19/21) and the lady in the first seat did amazing. Usually at other places they’ll rush because of how close they are to closing but not her. She took her time placing the nails, filing, applying the acrylic and the polish. I am absolutely in love with them and will definitely keep going back. Thank you so much!!! I arrived there an hour before they closed yesterday (7/19/21) and the lady in the first seat did amazing. Usually at other places they’ll rush because of how close they are to closing but not her. And she has so much patience and always a smile. She had such a rude older lady who was so impatient and Nancy was so polite. A fellow employee had an emergency and was not able to come in that day and Nancy was doing her best. Everyone there was so professional. Tom did an exceptional job as well. My nails look fantastic. They have made a lifelong customer now. I feel bad for them if they had some very privileged clients that would not be patient as they walk through being short staffed and dealing with people during a pandemic. I usually go here to get a full set done every other month or so but today I went in to get my first pedicure ever and I had Mr. Tom do that. And it was literally the best experience I’ve ever had my feet look beautiful and he did a wonderful job at making sure that he was very detailed and even when putting on the nail polish he was very clean and precise!
