I got an acrylic nail set with gel polish no tips. They made my nails way shorter than I wanted and they are all uneven and not the right shape. I went back in and the woman was very rude to me when I asked for them to be fixed tomorrow since I could not stay for them to be redone. (I spend over 2 hours in the salon for that service and a gel pedicure). As I was leaving the salon she laughed and spoke in her native tongue to another worker in the salon.

My Daughter and I went for a mani- pedi’s. Sunny did my daughters nails and they were done well. My mani pedi did not look so well but i thought maybe it was just the color. When I came home I cooked dinner and washed my hands and my nails started to Leak , the person who painted them put to much nail polish and it formed a bubble and popped.. unexceptable. $51.00 was paid to this establishment. I will be going to get a refund in the morning when they open. Disappointed to say the least

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy nail tech had a HORRIBLE attitude. I went on a whim at about 10:30 on a Sunday morning and I was the first customer. Mind you, THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE for the first 15 mins of my intended service. I was treated as an afterthought. Someone walked in about 15-2”minutes of me being there and was serviced before me. I went for a UV gel fill in which I was led to believe was $40. Upon the nail tech finishing was told it was $50 because of the gel polish. Generally that is included in the $40 price at other salons. I did not mind paying but I just wish she had informed me as the price list did not mention that. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Wanted a ten minute massage. Complete waste of my time. Was not relaxing at all. Basically just roughly gave me a back rub. There was no “massaging” happening. Also had to un clip my bra and felt a little violated… Have never had to do that before..

If I can give it no stars I would of the way my nails came out was horrible nothing like the picture I showed them had an appointment and had to wait over a hour before anyone acknowledged I was there waiting and then had 3 different people work on me never again I thought I try a new place I should of stuck with my gut and went to where I normally go oh not to mention I have cuts on my fingers from them and they didn’t have me wash my hands after they were done filing my nails oh and o have acrylic all over my fingers and under my nails oh and the charge you an extra $5 to have your nails shaped coffin don’t waste your money go somewhere else I will rate this the worst place to go .
