I made an appointment for today Saturday. I called on Tuesday and asked what was the earliest appointment. She said 10 am and I said great I will be there. It’s 10:30 and the place seems closed. Been waiting since 9:55 and rushed here to be on time. I am going to go with what everyone else is saying on here. THEY DONT RESPECT APPOINTMENT TIMES.

Can’t rate the haircut because I didn’t end up getting one, but it seems like a popular place and the stylists are probably great. Had a 4 o’clock appointment, arrived at 3:55, and left after being ignored until 4:20. Might try again in the future, but know that you could be waiting a while even with an appointment.
