Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy mom and I had an appointment at 2:30, we waited there for an hour before i even got called back and then I was getting acrylic nails and I wanted a simply blue nail short and they are crooked and painted terribly, and I wanted a small heart on my ring finger and it was not straight and very messy! Also the heart covered basically my whole nail and it was supposed to be small, (SMALL) after it took her only 20 minutes to do all that because she rushed threw it and didn’t take her time what so ever. After all that I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed and she said yeah and also rushed threw that and missed so many hairs and not getting all the wax off. Then after my mom was waiting there for 2 hours finally got her manicure and they only took 10 minutes doing her manicure which is not enough time to get a good painted nail! I have never had a problem with this place before, but this time was the most worse time ever. My mom and I had an appointment at 2:30, we waited there for an hour before i even got called back and then I was getting acrylic nails and I wanted a simply blue nail short and they are crooked and painted terribly, and I wanted a small heart on my ring finger and it was not straight and very messy! We got there right before 4PM nobody even said a word to either one of us. We waited finally after an hour they said are you guys getting a full set, we said yes. When you walk in they don’t always say hi, but if you speak up and talk to them they will help you with your questions. They’re always busy so I suggest making an appointment. I’ve taken my 3 year old daughter and was nervous how she would react to getting her nails & toes painted. They talked to her and asked her questions so she was more comfortable. ST Nails is my favorite nail salon in Mifflin County and the only one that I go to. When you walk in they don’t always say hi, but if you speak up and talk to them they will help you with your questions. They’re always busy so I suggest making an appointment. It was hard for me to decide whether to go here or not because of the reviews that are on this page. But I’m so glad I did! I went in with a picture of nails that had art on them and asked if i could get it exactly like it and the lady said she could do it … no joke it looked 100% like the picture and they were a good price as well… I’ll definitely be coming back.
