I enjoy coming here to get my hair cuts every time. I used to use other places, but nothing compares to Sports Clips. Very friendly staff every single time I come in. Daisy was the last to cut my hair and she did a phenomenal job. The MVP package is the best thing they offer. The added shoulder massage just tops everything off. Thank you Daisy!

First experience, they treat you to a warm face towl and a short massage. Super easy cut for me, just needed all hair cut to scalp. Not as good as a barber. But when you need to get it done and cannot get into a barber, this is a good place to go.

The haircuts are good enough. The check in process is terrible though. It’s understandable that there are variables that go into the time estimates and that those estimates are a best guess. However, there should not be discrepancies of 30-45 minutes. This is probably due to stylists taking their time. But can we adjust the time estimator algorithm to take that into account? Also, I saw a stylist let someone skip the line. I was forced to tip. I would have tipped anyway but was not given the choice not to tip. Altogether, this led to a frustrating experience.

Scheduled 3 cuts. The wait time was over 3 hrs. That is fine since you do not have to wait at the location. I love the 1 in Boise. This one, not so much. My experience was fine, they did a great job on my son’s hair. My daughters was another story. In Boise. They do great with females hair. My daughters was choppy and would not recommend. Also, I paid for 3 MVPs. But the extra that you pay for with it. My kids did not get. Plus they charged me extra 5 dollars for my daughters hair, and then refused to even blow dry it after. She was basicly pushed out of the seat, since our wait was so long…it was pretty much closing time when they finished. I would recommend this place for short quick cuts only.

Don’t bother coming here checked in on line, said I had 55 minute wait. Waited about 30 minutes to get there only to have another hour and a half wait, was so enjoyable watching the stylist spend 15 minutes cleaning her clippers. This place just the worst. Be looking for a new place for haircuts. Haircut

I had to wait almost an hour and a half, shame on me for not reserving online first. But a customer who reserved online who was 20 minutes late went before I did even thought I was “on deck” for about 10 minutes before. The haircut itself wasn’t shabby the stylist didn’t really get how short I wanted my haircut. But if you’re in a hurry or a bit of a time crunch don’t go here. My hair cut took around 15 minutes. And most people didn’t even notice my hair was cut. But the men’s theme is awesome though.

Got a great haircut there last month. Was very happy with haircut and thought I found a new stylist. Today I signed up online and had 90 min wait , no problem. I did show up a few minutes late, but was happy to see my new stylist checking out her last customer. Figured it was perfect timing. She cleaned up her area, and I thought she would come say “hello”,or “have you been helped”. She drifts off to the back. About 10 minutes go by and I am still standing by door, and there is just one other customer in lobby. 2stylists check out there customers, still no greeting. I ask the first one if i need to check in, she says “yes, I’ll help you as soon a I’m done checking customer out”. She finishes and walks off.i remind her I am there, she says other stylist will help me. Second stylist eventually gets me checked in says she’ll be back. Not quite 10 minutes of no interaction, watching 5 stylist look busy, then retreat to somewhere in back (not with customers) I can no longer take it. I let closest stylist know my surprise to standing there nearly 30 minutes with no interaction, her response “its a busy time”. Too busy to say”hello”? Too busy to ask”have you been helped”? I guess there too busy (in back room) for my business. I’m so dissapointed.

I went in for a haircut and got home to see that it was not done perfect I still had long hair in some spots and my fade was not even. The only thing that was ok was my sideburns to my beard the lady had to go ask someone to help ND walkd off three times in the middle of my hair cut I was very disappointed she was polite but did not know what she was doing .people that showed up after for me were leaving before me .I shouldn’t have to go home when I paid for a service to be done right to be upset !!
