We’ve looked and looked for a place to get my son’s hair cut , and we finally found one. We waited an hour (no appointment and on sat). It was worth it. Ada was awesome and kind. And his cut was perfect.

They wouldn’t allow me to stay with my 7 year old for his haircut and made me wait in the front, will not be back to this sports clips. All other locations allow me to stay with him to ensure he remains still for the haircut and to actually tell them what I want them to do with his hair and if I like it. I just thought it was very rude and inconsiderate to ask me to leave my 7 year old alone.

Worst experience I have ever had for a haircut. 3 stylists were working today when I signed in. After 10 minutes 2 were free. They were chatting, sweeping, and just standing around. I was the only customer when I arrived. I waited 35 minutes for service and no one came. I finally got up when 2 of them were at the register and asked them if either of them could cut my hair since I have been waiting 35 minutes. The both looked at each other but did not respond. I told them I guess I’m leaving and neither said a word. If they deny all this, they are lying. Someone who came in after me witnessed it. Will never go there again.

Entire experience was professional and to the point with some extra mvp status thrown in which was great. Haircut came out exactly as I asked, I will be back. Haircut

Went into today to have my haircut. My usual stylist Angela was not in as she left for the day. As I was waiting for my hair cut Angela walked in. I said hello and she she smiled and said hello as she always does. She then proceeded to tell me she forgot her phone and came to get it. She said do you want me to cut your hair since I’m here? I said no that’s ok your are off work. She insisted and said no problem at all come on back. Incredible customer service that you don’t see out there in this world anymore. Sports clips you are lucky to have her.

Professional staff, ask the right questions. Gave you options on what right for your hair. Reasonable time to complete a haircut.

My wife was not allowed to enter the building by a manager for our sons haircut because our 1 year old daughter would not wear a mask. A ONE YEAR OLD. How do you expect a baby to wear a mask properly? This isn’t the first experience we’ve had with this particular manager about small children wearing masks, and it also seems she gives other customers a hard time as well. This “manager” should stop her power trip and re-read the the most recent Public Heath Rules.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I loved our hair stylist but the manager screw her! I’m already in contact with corporate but someone needs to give this lady the regulations! She told me my son couldn’t get

Critical: ProfessionalismFirstly, I had no issue with the stylist who cut my hair. She was sweet, though clearly uncomfortable when the other woman (manager, maybe?) was like, hey, tell her (myself) to wear a mask.On this locations website, it stated that masks are recommended, not required. I am so very sick of this company refusing services to clients based on nonexistent mask mandates. I responded by asking, why? Why should I cover my face? They said its policy. What policy? For what reason? Based on WHAT? They said, its our policy. OK, little robots. So, you can’t actually answer my question. That’s fun.To the owners, if you are going to have your staff treat clients like disease-ridden lepers, at least have some kind of logic behind it. Repeating “its policy” over and over is not a reason.**In response to the owner’s reply:It was very obvious that your staff can tell clients to put on a mask. I never doubted they were enforcing YOUR nonsensical policies. No question there. The issue is A)there is no actual reason -legal or otherwise- to do so and B)your staff don’t even understand why they’re enforcing it. So… again… if you are forcing your staff to treat your clients like disease-ridden lepers, at least have the decency to teach the staff to explain in a polite, human-like manner. Repeating “it’s policy” over and over is, at best, disconcerting and, at worst, ignorant and outright stupid.Service: HaircutFirstly, I had no issue with the stylist who cut my hair. I’d go down the road to any other sports clip in the area. This location assaulted a lady and her kid for not wearing a mask. They were sprayed with toxic chemicals because the mom didn’t understand why they were trying to force her 1 year old to wear a mask. I think the people working at this place should go back to their cave of safety and stop harassing the community. Not to mention, all are coming out stating what we already knew… mask don’t even work. This location just seem to really get off on the control aspect of trying to force people to do things. Truly not worth it.
