My 9yr old daughter decided that she wanted an extreme change for her hair. We came in as a walk in. The people here were very pleasant. We brought in lots of pictures of the type of cut my daughter wanted. The stylist was great with her. She was very patient and did things in stages to make sure she was happy with her cut.

So disappointed how my situation was handled. I went in thinking this was the place I would continue going to get my hair and my girls hair done but to make a long story short, I was charged an outrageous amount for cut and highlights. I was not told ahead that it was going to be double the cost because of the extra treatment that was supposedly needed to color my daughter’s hair. To make it worse, the owner admitted they were wrong in doing so but yet would not refund me any amount or even offer some kind of credit towards another visit. Many of my friends and family were shock at price and response of owner.
