I tried to book a time online. The online tool directed me to call the store, which I did. The lady that answered informed me there was only a 30 minute wait. This was perfect as I was 30 minutes away. I asked to check in on the wait list. Apparently this is not something they can do. You must check in in person… then wait the 30 minutes. I did not waste my time. Might be great haircuts, but convenience for customers is definitely not a priority.

I booked an appointment online, which stated their hours of operation. I normally would get home too late to make it, so I left work early to make it in time. When I arrived there was a note on their door to check the Facebook page for their hours( which is not how you get an appointment) and they were closed. I understand having staffing issues, but when you have an app and website that are the main way to get an appointment, they should be updated if it is more than a one time thing. Disappointed.

My son has autism. A hair cut is a very big deal for him due to his Sensory Perception Disorder. When I called to set up an appointment, I told them of his condition, that he would be a handful and I would probably have to hold him down. They did not hesitate to accept him and the challenge. With a lot patience and a few breaks, we got his hair cut and it looks fantastic. Thank you Sport Clips for showing care and compassion while recognizing sometimes something as simple as a haircut can be a huge deal to a little boy.

I’m sure it’s not a bad place. I did have a bad experience with the girl that cut my hair. She asked if it was short enough and I said maybe a little more. She took 2 more inches off while seeming irritated. Hair is way to short Not happy!

This establishment is not recommended until new Stylist are in or people are properly trained. Tyrone especially. When I brought my child in for a haircut he said 4 on top and 2 on the sides. Did we forget how to change the guards? He did 2 all around and then did a ridiculous hairline. We will never go back. I had to take him to pinups to have them fix it. At least I can trust the ladies there.
