Incorrect hours published online. Walked at 6pm when the hours online are published as closing at 8pm. The person that greeted me told me flat out that they are not going to change the hours published online. Kept telling me I should have used “the app” to find out the hours. Are you serious? Lol. Yeah, not downloading an app just to get a quick haircut. But don’t worry, I won’t be coming back to this location.

The manager on duty, Kayla, cut my hair. I was past due and needed it done quick so scheduling at the “guy” salons just hadn’t happened in a few months. She listened well, chatted well, and provided a pretty good cut and style. Nice when you find a good stylist. It wasn’t busy at the time, so cannot comment on the service in other situations
