Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWhat an experience! I had gotten my hair colored once prior to coming here and the lady did a terrible job. She made my hair incredibly choppy/streaky and didn’t match the color I wanted. My dad even compared it to a horse tail… and not a cute oneBut then I purchased a groupon for a full balayage… and it was one of the best decisions I made in a while. After I sat down, I showed Paul a picture and described the cut I was aiming for. He was very professional and friendly and made sure I was okay with each step he took. The color came out a bit lighter than what I asked for but it’s fine because the outcome complimented my skin tone. My hair looks GORGEOUS I literally cannot believe that it’s my hair and not some picture off of google. He blended the color seamlessly and brought life back to my hair. You could never tell I walked in with a botched job!If you’re using a Groupon, keep in mind that you have to pay for toner ($50), a $7 tax, and of course tip. After everything, the price is still very reasonable and very worth it. Also if you’re going during times of social distancing, they may be booked out for a few weeks so plan ahead.In all, I had a great experience and can’t wait to be back! Critical: QualityWorst hair salon experience of my life!!!! My stylist was Paul and he didn’t listen to anything I wanted—I asked for highlights and ended up with BLACK hair, I requested a trim and ended up with 5 inches chopped off. I have pictures. A total and utter nightmare. Stay away from this place. I’m literally devastated and this will now cost me hundreds of dollars to repair, not to mention all the damage from the processing. Worst hair salon experience of my life!!!! My stylist was Paul and he didn’t listen to anything I wanted—I asked for highlights and ended up with BLACK hair, I requested a trim and ended up with 5 inches chopped off. I have pictures. Paul was patient and explained what could be done to immediately correct the color and took the time to walk me through what is needed going forward. I recently returned for root touch up. Paul adjusted the color leaving my hair healthy and gorgeous. I came here for a color correction. My hair was completely destroyed after a balayage at another salon. Paul was patient and explained what could be done to immediately correct the color and took the time to walk me through what is needed going forward. I recently returned for root touch up.
