I went on a monday 6:15 and got turned away because I didn’t check in online. I asked when they closed managers response was 8:00..my response was your turning away business even though none of the online check ins hadn’t arrived? surely something could have been accomplished. they only had 2 employees if that busy why not staff accordingly? I came in Saturday did the online check in I’m 1st in line on arrival and she moves a walk in a head of me because he’d been waiting long, mind you they had a full staff Saturday, which is it walk ins a priority or check in or what ever the manager says ? customer service for you

they posted a wait time of 22 min at 11:26am. I signed in, got in line, and they asked me to be there by 11:54am. I got there, was third in line. Waited for over 30 min and still wasn’t called back. Had a conference call at 12:50, so I had to leave, so I could get home. Very poor customer awareness, support and service. Doubt I’ll go back.

I wouldn’t rely too heavily on their online check-in. I have had my name removed from the list multiple times at this location – today it happened while I was in store, and I was told by an associate that the system removed it and there was nothing they could do. Save your money, get your hair cut somewhere else.
