Looking for a new place to get my haircut. Walked into the salon with 1 customer in a chair and an empty lobby, and was asked if I signed in online. I said no, and was told “we’re actually booked up the rest of the day”. Ridiculous, at a place that exclusively does men’s haircuts. It’s not like the have 4 hour color and extension appointments.

Husband booked an appointment online. Arrived 10 mins early, there was one stylist, empty waiting room, one getting their haircut. Stylist asked if hed’ booked online and he said yes and told her his name. On the board was 2 names in-front of him. When the other guy left, she started “tidying up”, taking her time. After about 10 minutes she told my husband she was going to take her break. That was the second time in a couple of weeks that this stylist has done this. Her attitude is terrible. There will not be a third. He will never go back as long as shes working there.
