I took two of my sons, ages 11 and 12 to get a haircut. Zee did a decent job on both boys. Surprisingly the timer was accurate considering past experiences. My frustration is the prices, especially for children cuts. This location only recognizes 10 and under for children cuts, and charged $26 for each of my kids. That is without a shampoo or hot towel too. The MVP for adults with all that would have only been a few dollars more. Definitely not a place I would want to take my children back for a cut. Not for that price.

I went in for a haircut on 1/10/23 and I requested Jackie and this was my 3rd time getting my haircut by her and the first time she had asked me if I went to church and I told her no and she was encouraging me to go to church which I thought was weird but nothing else happened until today when I went and she was asking questions about my girlfriend and we are both women and then she stood in front of me and stops cutting my hair and tells me I know its not right and I didn’t know what she was talking about but then she said I should be with a man and its not right for two women to be together and its not what the lord wants and she kept saying stuff like that and I started crying and I tried to leave but she was like let me finish so I just sat there while she kept saying stuff and asking me if I was gonna come back and saying she would always be there for me to get a haircut but I said I would not be coming back to her and I checked out and left but then the other lady working in there Emily came out and spoke to me and made me feel a lot better and she was very nice and told me not to listen to Jackie and that its okay to be who I am. But that is the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere and I would not recommend Jackie she should be fired.

Let me first say that when I finally got a haircut, Zee did a great job. I arrived at 10am and didn’t get it until 11:45am. I always select first available because it’s a chore and just want to get it done. I would’ve been out a lot sooner but the red haired women (sorry, only identifier I have) slowly shuffled around for a little over half an hour after finishing a customer. If this was a $300 haircut an hour and forty five minute wait is justifiable. This is Sports Clips so completely ridiculous. I won’t return to this location.

Tried to get a haircut today, but only two stylists were in the store. Waited for over an hour; in that space of time, neither of them said a word to me or otherwise acknowledged my existence. Both disappeared from the floor for five to ten minutes after each cut, and two other customers who checked-in after me were taken ahead of me. No apology for wasting my time, for the wait, for anything. Then, they post a paper note on the door saying they are closing early. My attempt to complain about the lack of service was met with the excuse that the “manager was out of town” and that she would “call be back.” I would recommend cutting my own hair before going here.

Awful service. Checked in at 3pm for two hair cuts online. It said an hour wait – we got there at 3:30 and sat and waited till six o’clock while other people who appeared to not even be on the list were taken in. Multiple times people would walk in and be taken to a chair to get their cut – while my son and I continued to wait. On their list, we never saw a change in our wait time nor were we told anything. We hastily got cuts that are sub par and honestly, it’s just poor service. All around poor service… been coming for years – guess not anymore. Be aware that even if you check in online, and even after you arrive – the wait times and list are lies.

Every Sports clips is like this. You get a good stylist but even if you check in online you still will have a bare minimum of a 2 hour wait. Then the majority of the time you show up 30 minutes before your scheduled time and you will still have to wait another hour. I got here at 4pm and watched them actually turn away customers because they were so ridiculously booked up. Need more stylist as money just walks right out the door. Other than wait times the service is great. Just download a movie before you come in so you can pass the time.

Friendly and attentive staff. The scheduling could use some serious work… I would not recommend walk-ins under this system. For showing up in store I was given a 4 hour wait time… With three barbers a simple solution would be to have one manage walk-in’s and the other two to take scheduled appts. I deconflict schedules for a living and this will not win over returning or new customers.. I saw at least 5 people walk in and walk back out because not every person lives on a phone to schedule their every move… Be more inclusive and take care of your foot traffic.

Excellent staff. Very professional crew never disappointed. I normally check in online and never have any issues upon arriving. Faron is my favorite stylist she does an amazing job every time and she does a wonderful job and gets it done quick. As I’m usually in a rush and on-the-go so that’s who I will normally ask for.
