This is the best nail salon around – none of the ones I’ve been to in Marblehead or Swampscott or Lynn does as near as clean of a job with cuticles or painting as this one. Will add one picture but have been here many times and it’s always perfect. I get gel.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI just moved to the area. The employees are rude and don’t have good customer service. They don’t look up or greet customers when they walk through the door. I’ve tried to go there to do my eyebrows but the person who does them I guess has limited hours and only is there on weekends. I scheduled a pedicure appointment but when I came, I waited almost 20 min. As I waited, no one apologized or updated me how much longer I would wait. I just moved to the area. The employees are rude and don’t have good customer service. They don’t look up or greet customers when they walk through the door. I’ve tried to go there to do my eyebrows but the person who does them I guess has limited hours and only is there on weekends. have been twice once for mani pedi, manicure chipped the next day, and pedi polish didnt last a week. the pedicure chairs are massage chairs but the controls didnt work and i had to share the remote control for my chair with the client next to me which did not make for a relaxing expierience. the majority of polish brands are generic, the bottles look like most high quality known name brands but are not although they do have the known nane brands , but very few mixed in with the generic and they are dried up and practically dried up and gone. which doesnt make for a good display.

I will never go here again ! I asked for pointy an the man doing my nails suggested I try coffen (probably because he didn’t want to take to long since he kept stopping to use his phone) they were not even an I pointed that out to him an he said its really hard to make coffen even because of the shape!! well helloooo if you couldn’t do it you shouldn’t have offered in the first place!! an when he painted them he left them streaky!! obviously you can tell it needed another coating. Hes lucky I even paid ! my nails are **** up all different shapes an sizes you will never see me here ever again!
