None of them know what anything means I asked for a low taper and gave me a fade and I also asked for a half an inch off the top and then she took 3 inches off an before I had amazing fluffy hair but it was a little too long so that’s why I asked for half an inch. And it’s picture day in 3 days which is worse so I have to wear something to cover it up and I told my brother to get a drop fade with a slicked back middle part and they buzzed the sides and the back with a 1 which is not a drop fade.

It was $38 for my haircut. It took over an hour to get it done because my haircutter worked on other haircuts for 15-20 minutes; I was actually charged another 10-15$ for “detailing” because it took so long; I left feedback for them and received a call about it and they said theyd give me $5 off their MVP which i believe is a more expensive haircut and told me theyd make sure to tell the girls next time to notify me during the haircut of extra charges; why would I care? Its not my store, I should be refunded the amount for detailing without notifying me. Its ridiculous and a complete waste of my time. Dont try and call me back, you already had a chance to make it right the first time; I already wasted my time calling you back.

Came back for my 2nd cut at this location because girlfriend said they did great job last time and they trimmed my bushy eyebrows too! The MVP deal is awesome! From cut to Tea Tree shampoo treatment with scalp rub afterwards. The hot towel and the shoulder massage had me feeling so relaxed I could’ve fallen asleep. Yessenia finished off my cut with some product and a quick style. See ya again soon!!

I have been coming here since you guys opened and I started with getting my haircut by Kristin who I believe is no longer there but she was amazing always nice and great at cutting hair! But now that she was gone I tried getting my haircut by a few of the others but wasn’t getting what I got with Kristin, until I came in one day and got my haircut by Emily! Emily is great, awesome personality, good conversation, actually cares about the work she is doing! I recommend going here to everyone, easily worth the money! Only thing I could say that would make this place better is if they used straight razors. Thank you for providing good work.

Spending about $30 on a kids botched cut, only to go home and have to shave it myself. You can still see where chunks were cut too short. Hair is ruined for pictures. Dont bring your kids here.
