We all have that eyebrow lady and let me tell you, Joanne NEVER fails to be my favorite EYEBROW LADY! During the pandemic i totally messed up my bushy crazy looking eyebrows. She managed to fix them and i don’t know how she is perfect! I was recommended to go to her by a friend and honestly recommend her to EVERYONE I KNOW. She has done amazing hair styles/cuts on some of my friends too and you wont be disappointed. She does waxing, threading, hair and more! I will upload a before and after when I go back to her for my next appointment!

Did not cleanse my skin first. Did not apply wax with the hair, very sloppy. When waxing the sides of my face she waxed off my real hair!! She used the same stick back and forth in the wax and my face.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOne star only because I couldn’t do zero. I called to make an appointment since it’s by appointment only. She said she didn’t have the time I needed for that day so I scheduled it for the next day. When my appointment time came, I arrived 10 minutes early to see the lights off and nobody there. When I called, the lady rudely answered and said she got sick and couldn’t make it into the salon. I understand getting sick but not calling and canceling or rescheduling appointments I do not understand. I came on my lunch break and made time around coming at my scheduled appointment time. Have been here many times and always had a good experience, went 2 months ago and they did it extremely thin even though I requested them to be kept thick. I let them grow out and went back yesterday, I told the lady yesterday how they were too thin last time and I liked the thickness they were but just wanted it cleaned up and she messed up my eyebrows so bad. I have engagement photos next weekend and not even filling them in fixes them. I’m so freaking sad and disappointed
