Great visits every time. The whole staff is friendly and outgoing from the moment you walk in. I always see Anita because she does great flat-tops. And the hot-towel treatment is great too. I would recommend this place! Watch it though, wait times can get pretty long. Use their app so you can shop nearby and go when the time is right.

I register online and it says 75 minutes. Not a problem, as i watch the time dwindle don as i work at home.At 3:56pm I get a text saying “Your Stylist is estimated to be ready within 15 minutes. Please tell us when you have arrived. We look forward to your Championship Haircut Experience!”At 4:05 I get another text that says “Batter up! You are On Deck and next in line for your haircut. Please be in store and ready for your haircut experience, or risk losing your spot in line.”I walk in at 4:06pm and check in their front station and now it saus its a 28 minute wait!The corporate people who run this thing are a sad excuse foe a business. They pull this kind of deception, and no wonder the poor ladies at the local SportClips get chewed out by irate customers.Shame on the owners and management of SportClips.This type of incompetency is common place for SportClips. I have nothing for high praise for the stylists of the Granget Indiana location.This is my 2nd review of Sport Clips of Mishawaka. This location has improved a whole bunch over the last manager. Altho I wrote abt how the manager Angie accidentally cut off one of my sideburns (I grow facial hair slowly) I forgave her and continued to frequent here monthly for the best haircut in the area for the price.Tracy is my usual stylist and she, like all the stylists here, are top notch and best of the best! We typically have a great experience here. They don’t take appointments so you have to be flexible. There’s one stylist who talks more than she cuts and tries to always answer the phone, always greet people who enter the building. If you get her you will easily be there 10-15 minutes longer than necessary. She over shares personal information. We have very much enjoyed everyone else who works there though.

My husband took my son for a simple boys cut a few days ago. They cut around one ear and not the other. They cut his bangs and took a big chunk out and they were uneven. My husband sadly didn’t say anything. Thankfully I could get him in at another place and they fixed his hair. The stylist there told me they had a lot of uneven cuts and its going to weeks to get it grow long enough so she can cut it to an even length. The only thing this place knows how to do is shave heads. Never again.

My fiancé dropped in for a hair cut and beard trim. The lady missed a whole strip of hair on the back of his head. His beard is not cut properly- he looks like a Christmas gnome with a pointy beard. She cut his neck in many places and his mustache is not straight. He left before it could get any worse before we left for our wedding. We are going to find somewhere else from now on. It was severely overpriced and I don’t know how anyone could be licensed and botch it this bad.

Wow! What an experience. I was not ready for what Sports Clips was all about. I have cut my own hair for 20 years. On Veterans Day they had free hair cuts for Veterans. I decided, kind of as a joke, to get my hair cut there(I dont have much hair). I got a hair cut, shampoo, hot face towel with a head & face massage. Then a quick back massage. They put this awesome gel in my beard also. I cant say enough about this experience! Anita was the amazing lady that took care of me there and she was great! I was in the dark about Sports Clips! My eyes are wide open now. This will be something I do at least once a month! Thanks Anita & Sports Clips!
