5 Stars for Mitchell. I was in a fair amount of discomfort after a few days of gardening and digging and frankly a bit apprehensive about going for a massage. But very glad I did. I don’t know that I could have found anyone with a better approach to all the tension in my back and arms than Mitchell’s. Wow… he seemed to know exactly what to do. This was no light-weight Swedish massage; he got into all the nuances of the my muscle tension. He was clearly working back there; it was like a therapeutic massage. I’m an old lady at this point in my life and have known quite a few massage therapists, but I believe this was possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. It always makes me extra appreciative to find someone who is very skilled at their craft and executes it with great care. Grateful.

I had a massage with Linda Mason that felt like a 90 minute Hallelujah moment. I have had countless massages over the decades, and Linda is one of the very best. She’s clearly experienced and highly skilled and is uncanny in her ability to focus on just what needs attention. I was really quite sore and stiff when I went to see her after months of caretaking an unwell family member. She worked miracles and I have felt greatly restored ever since. She’s a bit of a miracle worker. I will be back!

Great pre-natal massage! I am due soon, so I am not sure if my next session will be prenatal or postnatal, but I am looking forward to it. I wish that there were a place like it when I had my first kid. Highly recommend it!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a positive experience here. Linda did not make me feel comfortable and even though I told her my biggest problem I wanted addressed was my lower back, she didn’t even touch it for the whole massage! I kept thinking she was going to leave it until the end, but then nothing! She also didn’t ask me about how her level of pressure felt, etc, and instead put the onus on me to give her instructions. This didn’t work for me, because her manner was not very welcoming from the start, so I didn’t feel comfortable asking for things, and besides, I had no clue what to ask for aside from to just massage my back. I did a few times have to ask her to stop because I was in too much pain not to–extremely high pressure on the sides of my legs, which bruise very easily, digging her hands really hard into my sides (like the soft part where my organs are??), and nearly dislocating my shoulder from its socket. That last is not an exaggeration.

We signed up for a birthing class with Andrea Denali and it was a wonderful experience. We asked tons of questions, learned more than we expected, and felt very supported by Andrea. I’ve since seen her for a couple of prenatal massages that have also been extremely helpful with late pregnancy aches and anxieties. Very grateful for both experiences.

Nicole Splenda is among the best massage therapists by whom I have been nurtured and healed the world over – and we are lucky she is offering her gifts right here in Chapel Hill. She combines her extensive knowledge and certificates and/or degrees as a massage therapist, registered nurse, and doula to care for each client’s body. My whole family highly recommends!

Mitchell worked out all of the kinks in my hip flexer and shoulder wonderfully, carefully listening to my concerns and pains. He was friendly, professional, and I’ll definitely go back!

Andrea Denali is my go-to-woman for massage and foot reflexology BAR NONE. She has the ultimate in touch and reading ‘my problem areas’. Foot reflexology is equal to a full body massage to me now…. I never thought I would ever say that. Andrea is a high level professional therapist that gives you a bang for your buck. I’ve been going to Andrea for about 6 yrs now. She has great energy and intelligence. Enjoy the magic.
