Took my teenage son to get his hair cut. He told the lady what he wanted and she proceeded with his request. While she was cutting, my son asked for an adjustment. She totally dismissed him and said “no, you said you wanted this!” My son just let it go and told me this AFTER I picked him up. I was very disappointed with the service he was given. May go back, but definitely NOT going to that lady again.

Came here twice and both experiences have been good. I recommend Jazy and Genesis because they did my mid fade nice and clean. I would most definitely take advantage of online check in because walk in waits can be super long. If my main barber is out I’d for sure come back here again

Made an appointment online and arrived and checked in with an estimated wait time of 4 minutes. No one on the board was “on deck” and I had the fewest minutes to wait. Then another customer was taken back and my wait time changed to 10 minutes. I waited, then another customer was taken back and my wait time changed to 29 minutes. Fully frustrated with their appointment process.

I have had the pleasure of having had my hair cut here on three occasions. Every time the staff has been friendly, courteous, and very professional. I have never had to wait long. Nat is amazing. She takes the time to get it just right. She consistently provides a great cut. Which is why I am and will be a repeat customer. Living in Waipahu I pass several other places I could go to get my hair cut but Nat’s attention to detail and consistency is why I will drive the extra distance.
