Need to get their online check-in process together. I checked in online and it said to be there immediately due to no wait. When I got there within 15 min, I still wasn’t “on deck”. They took two people that had checked in after me just because they had selected a specific stylist instead of “first available”. Ended up waiting 15 min even after being informed that it would be no wait upon arrival. Why penalize folks for not selecting a specific stylist? I just booked for Bishops down the street and they fit me in between bookings.

My husband took my 8 year old son for a hair cut today and this was absolutely the worst cut he had ever have .I totally doubt that the lady that gave him the cut had any prior experience. Gave very straight forward easy directions to use 4 on the sides and just cut with scissors on top to keep his curls . His sides were I’m not sure what but absolutely uneven and for sure not a 4 she didn’t follow directions and just use scissors coz there is nothing left of his hair ! She left him with multiple scratches on the neck .. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST . If there is a zero I would totally give that and I would be more than happy to provide pictures. My son has been crying all afternoon wanting to wear a hoodie to cover his hair .
