I have been going to Sport Clips, wherever I have been working for around twenty years. I am in Ft.Worth and I went to this Sport Clips the first time and had a male named Tony cut my hair and he did a fantastic job. Went back a month ago and definitely got a brand new stylist, as she was being told how to cut my hair, as I am trying to grow it out longer. I am fine with people learning, but what a horrible haircut. About the first words out of this approximately 18 year old’s mouth was that she hated working and she couldn’t wait to retire. I always get an MVP, but the experience and the haircut were so bad that I skipped it. I am not going back. Sport Clips are getting where they can’t retain their employees for some reason. This is the star rating that I meant to post the first time.

Had Kimberly cut my son’s hair after he grew it out for 8 months we showed her a picture of what he wanted and she assured us she could do it. This is what happened along with cuts on his neck. Finally switched she clippers it’s a good haircut it just not what we wanted and that’s a huge deal with barbers and stylist out here always ready to take your money when they can’t do what you ask them to, or at least that’s the perception. So due to that I cannot give a five star rating. People earn respect maybe had she been honest we could’ve chosen another style. We will continue on elsewhere.
