I went to get a price quote and the receptionist said my trim would be $29. I went back a week later for my appointment and there was a different receptionist. The beautician did an excellent job. I went up to pay and the receptionist told me it was $55. I told her I was quoted $29 from the other receptionist. I got no wash and no blow dry maybe a 15 minute trim. I told the receptionist that the other receptionist quoted me $29. The receptionist would not work with me. I said that is totally ridiculous $55 no wash, no blow dry and a quick little trim maybe 15 minutes and you’re charging me $55. The beautician felt bad and said that she was sorry. I canceled my next appointment and I will not be going back. It is a shame because I would have been a regular there. I thought the first receptionist with the blonde hair was wonderful and had great customer service and was bragging about the receptionist with the brown hair. I had a much different opinion on the receptionist with the brown hair. The brown haired receptionist was not warm and welcoming like the first receptionist.

I cant say enough about Soho salon.The ladies there are Amazing.i have been so happy with them all..they all understand what I want and I’m always satisfied when I’m there. I walk out feeling so great about my hairstyle my color and cut. The atmosphere is great . Terri brought my hair from my awful reddish color to a beautiful blond- both toned and soft.
