I have come here for at least 4 years. Today, I checked in online as usual 1 hour before my appointment. We arrived to the minute at the time requested online. There were 5-6 women in the salon and they looked up when we came in the door but no one really stopped to acknowledge us or check us in. Thinking they were busy with their cuts, I thought I would make sure we checked in when they were done. Two stylists finished at the same time and were checking their clients out. As I was waiting to confirm they knew we were there, they called the names and took the people in line after us. I stopped them to say we were here and had been waiting and had been at the top of the screen for 20-25 minutes and I was told I didn’t check in correctly. I was told there was nothing they could do because I wasn’t checked in. I was told I needed to make sure someone stopped and checked me in next time when I arrived. I was told the best they could do was put me back on the wait list. I had already waited for 25 minutes (past my expected wait time when I checked in an hour before online) with 2 young children so I left. I have never been treated so poorly and been felt to feel like I just did not matter as a customer. I am making sure I tell everyone I know about my experience today. I will not be returning to this Sport Clips.

Stopped in 1 time after checking in online. Arrived at time the app said to. Checked in. I looked up and saw I was next in line. Few minutes later I looked up again and saw I now had a 25 minute wait. Not happy with this, I walked out. Don’t give a time for people to arrive by if they are going to have to wait even longer.

I have been getting my hair cut by Monica and she just knows how to cut my hair just right..I did not know who to go to for my haircut since my previous stylist got a new job.
