I went there for getting my hair color that was underneath my hair touched up and just for underneath dyed and instead puts it all over the top on my brown too and now my brown hair is a greenish brown color. She put dye on my hair after washing it and just wiped it away with a towel and didn’t wash it out. I had blue come off my hair onto my hands just from touching it. I had blue dye on my face, neck, ears, and in my ears. I will be never going back and got what I didn’t want to be done to my hair.

Very unprofessional and rude. I realize I walked in with no appointment but there was a sign on the salon door “walk-ins welcome”… I felt anything but welcome. I was ignored and none of my questions about services were answered, so I left. Don’t waste your time walking in. I hope they treat their clients with appointments better! Such a shame, as I drove 30 minutes to get there on the recommendation from a co-worker.
