Sport Clips Haircuts of Eldersburg

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhat was once a 5 star rating must, regrettably, now be lowered. I have been coming to this Sport Clips for roughly 2.5 years, every weekend. As an Active Duty military member, I am required to get a medium or high skin fade. In addition, I bring my oldest son with me every couple months to get his hair cut. Today I was told that to use the box (for a skin fade) is an additional $10 charge. That is unacceptable. I’ve spent over ~$3000 at this Sport Clips, and today was the last day that I will go there.Update 10/29/2022: Despite my desire to avoid this location, I took my son there to get his haircut, as it’s close by and the wait was minimal. Clearly everyone working there today did NOT want to be there, and it was painfully obvious by everyone’s demeanor. Cool, no big deal, I wouldn’t want to work on a Saturday either. I showed the stylist the haircut that I was looking for on my boy, and the result was not even remotely close. Honestly, it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. I should have trusted my instincts prior to coming here, and I will definitely never go back. What was once a 5 star rating must, regrettably, now be lowered. I have been coming to this Sport Clips for roughly 2.5 years, every weekend. As an Active Duty military member, I am required to get a medium or high skin fade. In addition, I bring my oldest son with me every couple months to get his hair cut. She is always on time ready with a smile and excitement for her clients. She checks and makes notes at each visit to alway know how much to cut off on the next visit. She works quickly and efficiently even though I have long hair. I have been going to her for years now even though I’ve moved far away. I would gladly recommend Brianna for anyone. She shows great strengths in leadership skills. She checks and makes notes at each visit to alway know how much to cut off on the next visit. She works quickly and efficiently even though I have long hair.
