Worst experience ever the girl cutting my hair was horrible beyond words she kept talking about stuff that was unprofessional like all her tattoos and such im a married man I only wanted a hair cut. She kept pushing her body on me was pretty sicking to say the least. I wanted the 22 dollar hair cut went to pay it asked for the tip I chose other and it still charged me 27 giving her a $5 tip. I why do I have to give a tip if I don’t believe it was deserved. When my wife looked at my hair cut she pointed out my neck was all cut up worst place ever ever ever.

I have to give a shout out to the manager Robyn at Sport Clips Haircuts of Eastside Shoppes. She has observed my journey from walking to below-the-knee amputee back to walking with a prosthetic. I hadn’t been able to get in the salon chair since before my amp over a year ago. Well yesterday was the day! I stood up from my power chair and transitioned to the salon chair easily. Got a relaxing steam towel on my face and an invigorating shampoo of my scalp. Oh, how I missed that. It was like ten tons of stress removed. Robyn even helped me get back in my chair. I will keep coming back because of service like this!

They want to push checking in online. When online you dont see whos working. Is there one of the others that have cut your hair before? I am not great with remembering names. What if someone messed up? I remember faces. What the quality was . If they just rushed you through or did they actually earn a tip? But if you walk in oh you have to wait because of checking in online. And 9/10 times i seem to always get the only person who has to stop and answer the phone. Do all the check ins. So yes i am one of those guys who is not great at making plans on getting my haircut. It happens when i get a chance. If i have the money. But i always tip! I am always busy. Usally when it happens is because other plans changed. Or might just have enough time if they are not slammed. But yeahhh i am not that impressed. It is a salon with tvs with a uncomfortable seating like most. But i will say most times i get impression like its a pretty big inconvenience to be a walk in. But hey that’s life everywhere tody.

Nothing like paying a supposed professional to cut my two year old’s hair to have the hatchet job of a sorry excuse look so bad that the manager couldn’t even fix it. It looked like I let him cut his own hair. The manager did what she could to try to make the cut right but the employee with 8 years of experience has no business touching anyone’s hair! 10 out of 10 will never be back! The only reason they even got 1 star was because of the manager’s efforts. I now have to take my son home and buzz cut his hair at a number 2 guard to make it look even. No apology no refund. All around bad business.
