I always receive the most beautiful haircuts from owners, Carrie and Jim. My hair has been every length from pixie to longggg! I just went from a sweet curly bob to a funky, asymmetrical style. I especially appreciate their fabulous products. With fine, thick hair, I need to wash my hair daily. They have what I need. Lastly, as a person with Parkinson’s Disease, they treat me with compassion and courtesy. I highly recommend the salon.

Elizabeth has been doing my hair for the last few years! I love having someone who does my curly hair so right! I often get the calligraphy cut which uses a special tool! I find my curls looking extra bouncy! My color services have always been wonderful with Elizabeth! I love to mix it up my color but she has also helped me find a color that is low maintenance for me and looks absolutely beautiful! My hair is so healthy!

My stylist was experiencing adverse health effects and asked to delay the start of the appointment, which I was fine with! But 30 minutes turned into an hour, which turned into 2 hours, which turned into 3 hours. When I decided I didn’t want to sit around and wait anymore, the admins couldn’t tell me whether or not my $50 deposit would be refunded (despite 3 hours of waiting). So I sat it out. My stylist was very nice. She charged $75/hr for every hour after 2 hours. She took twice as long as what I expected, and I can’t help but feel it was because of the hourly charges. At one point she wanted me to be under the heat lamps for ‘5-10 minutes’ to make things process faster. She didn’t check on me until after 20 minutes.
