I do not normally post a whole bunch of reviews (even when a place gives really bad service), but I did want to come here and post my experience. I have been coming to sports clips for over 15+ years and every single time I have done the Double MVP or Triple MVP. Each time, it was a relaxing experience but the stylist will usually rush the shampoos and the back massage, but this time, I actually had the best experience yet. Upon arriving to sport clips, Jasmine pulled me back to cut my hair. She was very nice and had a calm and relaxing vibe to her. When it came time for shampoo/back massage, she made sure that she took her time and made it very peaceful. Usually during the shampoo, the stylist barely touches my scalp and rushes through it but jasmine was patient and used her nails to really make the experience enjoyable. On top of all of this, this week was her vacation week and she gave an awesome cut! Would highly recommend if you are questioning who to go to!

Checked in online and the wait time was accurate which was cool. The hairstylist was nice. But didn’t ask if I wanted a haircut or the mvp and just cut my hair. I asked for a mohawk and it’s uneven and by that I mean one side I wider than the other.

I arrived at this location around 615 pm on July 14th , a African American female asked me if I had checked in online and I told her no .. she then refused me service saying they aren’t taking any more clients .when all I wanted was a complimentary side burn trim . This is unprofessional and a good way to show clients to other locations and their was a 47 minute window left till closing and not busy at all .
