I have been seeing Christina for over 2 years now for waxing after booking a Groupon with her. She is so efficient and I’ve seen great results. I usually make appointments same day and she accommodates me every time. Great pricing too compared to other places I have tried. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had never got eyelash extensions before then I stumbled upon a Groupon for this place so I decided to go for it because it had decent reviews. Boy was it a mistake.. the woman doing my eyelashes talked on the phone the entire time very unprofessional and the process of getting my lashes done took less than an hour, so I didn’t have high hopes but to my surprise I liked the way my lashes came out in the brief moment I looked in the mirror after. She insisted I payed in cash, I tipped generously so the cost came out to be about the same if I had just gotten them done by a professional lash tech which I should have!!! because as soon as I got out to my car and regular lighting I saw how poorly and unevenly they were applied and the poor quality of the lashes that were used. I have had them for 5 days and already lost more than half of them. I’m a single mother on a very tight budget. I greatly regret spending my money here and getting such awful work.
