Sport Clips Haircuts of Cottleville

Critical: Quality, ValueMy hair stylist today was Emma. I asked for a 4 on the top and 3 on the sides and top minimally scissor cut the bangs. This is not what I received. I not only got this way too short. All the hair is the same height all around. My hair stylist gave me a 2 all and around and cut off all bangs. My hair stylist was very anti social didn’t say much. It also seems like she didn’t listen much either. This is the second time this has happened at this location no other haircut place can screw up this badly. When I was required to pay it asked to tip and I gave the lowest what was 5$ i wish I could have anti tipped her for giving me this hair cut. Not even worth the $20 It was rushed and seemed to have no care. Less than 7 mins Can’t wait to wear a hat for the next few months until this grows back. My hair stylist today was Emma. I asked for a 4 on the top and 3 on the sides and top minimally scissor cut the bangs. This is not what I received. I not only got this way too short. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI logged in online ahead of time and it told me when to arrive. When we got there my sons name was not on the list. I then got asked if i might have selected a different location. I said no and showed the lady my screen shot confirming it was the correct time and location. I’m not sure why his name dropped off but we were on time and another stylist confirmed his name was up there however the lady that cut his hair was extremely rude and acted like it was our fault and we were wasting her time from other clients. i have never had a good experience at the cottleville location. I know that the lady was the Manger but there is no reason for her to treat a paying customer that followed all the rules the way she did.
