Checked in for a haircut, said 53 minute wait. Drove 43 miles to get my grandson’s haircut. Got my text message at 3:44 that he would be up 15 minutes but “we may have to wait” walked in the door at 4:00 for “manager”to smile and say oh sorry you timed out. So with gas 4.00 a gallon and them ready to start their weekend early wasted my money and my time. Worst customer service ever!

I went in there this afternoon, and I was the next one up. She stated she needed to take a break and she was the only one there. Then proceeded to go in the back room and left with another guy. When she came back she smelled like smoke and when I told her what I wanted to do with my hair she didn’t listen. I told her only cut the sides and the back. She cut the whole thing it’s short and she kept pulling my hair. Unhappy customer! Don’t go there and hire a professional!

I have been going to Great Clips for about 7 years and I’ve always gotten a great hair cut. Why go anywhere else? They listen to what you want in a hair cut give you what you ask for. Can’t beat that can you? The check in online is great and it texts you when your turn is 15 minutes away..Awesome!!

Critical: PunctualityIf you are a busy guy don’t bother going here. Unless you do the online appointment (even then you have to wait). You just as well go somewhere else. Never seen the wait time under 2 hrs….EVER… do yourself a favor and go to one of the local salons or barbers and get a good haircut with little wait time.

Quick, but very understaffed as wait times can exceed 3+ hours. Not open on Sundays and Mondays, hours are also very limited

Had to wait extra after checking in on line due to only 1 person cutting hair because she was standing talking to front clerk instead of cutting customers hair. Didn’t cut sons hair correctly, he came out was looking like not cut. Sent him back in she said will have to charge you for another cut. I said no, showed u a picture and needed to be shorter.
