This was my first time experiencing a Sport Clips and what a pleasant first experience it was. Debbie was awesome and did exactly what I requested in my haircut while thoroughly explaining to me the services offered at Sport Clips. She also introduced me to an excellent tea tree shampoo that I hope to purchase the next time I’m in. The decor and atmosphere was laid back and fun and the wait was minimal. Can’t remember her name older lady black hair about shoulder length. Dark skin. I was pleased with the cut she gave at the time it was done but soon returning home and brushing out my hair as I do after most hair cuts I found that she pretty much styled it with out asking me if that’s what I wanted and to be honest it looks very choppy if it’s not styled the way she did it. I don’t normally modify my hair after it’s cut but this time I had to do some actual trimming myself to somewhat salvage it and even still it’s not that great looking. Normally when I meet a stylist they ask me if I want the MVP being as I regularly get it and I assume they have it in the system notes and they usually ask me what I want done after seating me this was not the case tho. She also seemed to share with me some discrepancies she had with other employees and management and I don’t really feel that proper conversation for a customer to hear. Not sure I’ll give this location another shot.

Took my 16 year old son in there 2 nights ago for a hair cut. The guy did my sons hair and didn’t listen. My sone left with a bowl cut and that was so far from what he wanted. He wanted a temple fade the whole way around and a little cut from the top. My sons temple area is bald and its not faded. My son showed him 3 times how much to take off the length. Meanwhile another stylist is giving a kid the same cut my son ask for. My sons hair was previously cut this way so the roadmap was already there it just needed cleaned up. My adivise guys, if you see a man working ask for a female stylist. We never had any issues with any other sports clips and only came to this one because the other one was dully booked. We will never return this one again.

Went here with my son. The stylist butchered the back of his hair. My wife had come in and noticed as I was still getting mine cut. She kept saying “I did what I was told”. Maybe 5 times. Well if you were told not to taper it and blend it then I don’t know what to tell you. Seems like that is basic etiquette. I was so focused on that I did not realize mine was not cut to the length I wanted. So I had to go somewhere else 2 weeks later. Wont be back.
