Thank GOD for new management! In the past, I had discontinued my services with the Norwalk location after my horrible experience with the previous manager and front desk staff. However, after finding out that one of my favorite technicians (Cheryl) has taken on the role as the new manager, I started going back! And I have NO regrets! Everything is just as awesome as it should be…from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out! I most definitely would recommend. They are pleasantly welcoming and accommodating!
