I needed a quick beard trim. Specifically asked the lady to just trim the part of the beard along the jaw line since the the area closer to the middle is more patchy and needs to be a bit longer. I said this 3 times — she said “sounds good” and immediately trims the entire beard down. Asked for it to be lined up and she ruined that too. Went home and shaved it all off. Had a wedding the next day, really upset that I had to shave my entire face after paying $17 for that. Lady was extremely nice though so 2 stars.
