I have been coming here for the past few months and everytime. I come here I’m never disappointed. My eyebrows grow in every direction but straight and natural looking. I came here just needing my eyebrows done and didn’t expect to be one of their loyal customers. I live 45 minutes away and drive to Newport News just to come get my eyebrows done. One day a lady did my eyebrows but they were thick still and I left unsure how I felt about my eyebrows so I came back and I asked the lady to make them thinner and she gave me no problem at all. She was very nice about it and even apologized because she didn’t want to cut off my eyebrows because most people like theirs pretty thick. Once she thinned them out they were flawless. I have had several people do my eyebrows here and I’m not sure who I like the most because they have all done an excellent job on my eyebrows. When I come to this place my eyebrows actually grow back as opposed to waxing them. Best place to get your eyebrows and highly recommend. Not sure why the reviews are like this but definitely 5 stars !!!

I went with my friend to get her lash extensions fixed that she got done 3 weeks ago. Keep in mind they are supposed to last up to 3 months. We walk in at 4:30 and when it’s our turn she started trying to remove the extensions. They wouldn’t come off. So after trying for 30 minutes she puts us to the side and continues to help 2 other customers while we are sitting and waiting to be helped. After finishing the other customers she comes back and tells my friend since they wouldn’t come off that she would replace the empty spots with new extensions. Well another person walks in and instead of actually going through with helping us she AGAIN puts us to the side and takes care of 2 MORE new customers. After she takes care of them another person walks in and sits down to wait in the waiting area. She comes up to us and tells my friend that she can’t do anything else because they were closing soon and she had one more person to do. So she basically tells her to go home and keep washing her lashes and hope for the best (after telling us she would replace the extensions with new). We were patiently waiting there to be taken care of for a total of an hour and a half. This could’ve taken 30 minutes total but because of her lack of knowing how to run a business and showing good customer service we were there for longer than extended and got sent away with nothing in return except for jacked up lash extensions that wouldn’t come off. We will NEVER come back here again. STAY AWAY.

I used to come to this place every month as I trusted the staff with my eyebrows. However, today they threaded one of my eyebrows too far away from the bridge of my nose. Usually they do a great job, but today they happened to make a mistake. When this was brought up, they demanded that I was wrong, and even tried reasoning with me stating that I didn’t know how my own eyebrows should look. No apologies were given, and stated no discounts despite one shorter eyebrow. They stated “just give it two weeks for it to grow.” They did try to fill it in, but I was still unsatisfied with the fill-in job as it looked heavily drawn.
